How to complain — ReclaimMyFlight

We want to know when something has gone wrong, and we will always try to put it right.

Telling us

Email us at complaints@reclaimmyflight.com, or simply reply to any message we have sent you about your claim. Tell us what has happened and how you would like it resolved. If you first raised it with ClaimsAssist, they will pass it to us the same day and you will not have to repeat yourself.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within 5 working days, confirming what we understand the problem to be and who is looking into it. Your complaint will be investigated by someone independent of the person whose work you are unhappy with, using the full record of your claim.

Our answer

We aim to resolve most complaints quickly, and you will receive our final response within 8 weeks at the latest. It will explain what we found, what we are doing about it, and anything we are offering to put things right. If we got something wrong, we will say so.

If you are still unhappy

Flight compensation claims services are not covered by a statutory ombudsman, so we will not pretend otherwise. Making a complaint does not affect your legal rights in any way: you remain free to seek advice from Citizens Advice or Trading Standards, or to take the matter to court. If your complaint is about how we have handled your personal data, you can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
